I've had a couple of reports of translators receiving confirmatory emails after they are assigned to documents, but they cannot see those documents in the Projects menu under "Current Projects" or "My Tasks". However, they can still access a missing document via the link in the email.
If the filter icon (a funnel shape, top right) is showing "Filtered projects" and a number, then something is restricting your view of the projects you have been assigned to.
Here's what to check:
- Click on "Filter" to open the filter dialogue box on the right. Click on "Reset" to clear the filter parameters. You can close the filter dialogue box or leave it open. The number against "Filter" should disappear, but you may need to toggle between "Current Projects" and "My Tasks" to be sure it's gone.
- Make sure the search box, next to the green magnifying glass icon, is empty. If it is, you should see "Search by name ...." when you toggle between "Current Projects" and "My Tasks".
